Green Ivy Realty & Property Management is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant.

Green Ivy is a fast-growing company specializing in Property Management services, Residential Rentals, and Sales in the north Chicago area.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to get involved in the early stages and grow with us as well as help us grow

At Green Ivy, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and as our Administrative Assistant, you will be the face and voice behind that pride.

As a smaller/growing company, this position will offer you a chance to get to know all areas of real estate as well as interact with clients, employees, agents, and customers of all different levels.

No two days will be the same, and new projects/tasks will always keep your daily responsibilities fresh and new.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a major role in the smooth operation of our organization.


Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting & supporting the daytoday needs of the office broker & office manager
  • Answering phones & greeting visitors
  • Advertising our listings & company services
  • Filing, scanning, and organization of office data
  • Rental database management
  • Assisting with important company projects
  • Rent collection
  • Bill processing & bookkeeping

This position requires:

  • Proficient typing and general computer skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Previous admin/reception experience is a must in the real estate industry is a HUGE plus
  • Ability to work flexible & additional hours as needed
  • A positive, goaloriented, and upbeat attitude
  • Reliable transportation with a valid Driver's License
  • Must live within close proximity of our office
  • Capacity to multitask, & work in a fastpaced environment
  • Capability to problem solve & make timely decisions on your own
  • Hours are Monday through Friday but occasional attendance at weekend and evening meetings is also required.
