About our Accounts Payable Clerk Position:

ProHealth Staffing is seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk for a busy, and fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Beverly Hills, CA.

Salary:Competitive compensation of $20-$22 per hour, based on your experience and skills.

Work Schedule:Full-time, consistent hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Accounts Payable Clerk Key Responsibilities:

Main duties includes scanning and organizing vendor invoices for the Accounts Payable department.
Collaborate with AP to review and match the amounts with the invoices for weekly bill payments, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Assisting Accounts Payable with paying bills and following up with vendors for invoices.
Handle vendor communication, resolving any issues related to payments and maintaining strong vendor relations.
Support the business office with various administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of financial processes.

Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications:

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a medical office and/or business office settings, or similar roles (accounts payable preferred).
Experience with scanning and faxing documents.
Experience with EMR

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
