MOM Product Specialist - PIC (M/F/d)


Join our team of product specialists/managers (M/F/d) focused on production IT and Manufacturing Operations Management products in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

As a specialist, you will ensure the stable and secure operation of our global Production Information Center, responsible for successful deployment, documentation, and training to drive user adoption, business outcomes, and maximize usage.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as an expert (M/F/d) on all digital product features and deployment issues in the production environment, collaborating with internal and external teams to identify appropriate solutions for user issues and problems.
  • Ensure the stable and secure operation of a global and complex AVEVA / OSIsoft PI history platform used worldwide at Bayer Crop Science.
  • Analyze, solve, and document problem cases, continuously developing and updating the system.
  • Develop standardized concepts and blueprints to ensure highquality operation of the system, working closely with the responsible product
