Description

We are currently seeking a property porter to join our team, where you would be working on site, within a building complex with over 184 units.


You will be responsible for the following:

  • Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting
  • Repairing and treating structures such as a showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exterior
  • Make ready units for new move-ins
  • Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance
  • Having a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems
  • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs

Complete grounds work such as:
pick up, sweeping and light landscaping


  • Pool maintenance experience a plus
  • Coordinate special projects as directed

Job requirements:

Maintenance team must maintain a professional, customer services oriented and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.

Must have a valid drivers license.


Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • HVAC: 1 year (preferred)
  • Electrical: 1 year (preferred)
  • Drywall: 1 year (preferred)
  • Painting: 1 year (preferred)
