Description

We are hiring for a landscape field manager position at SBC Outdoor Services.

Daily Requirements:

Manage 3-5 landscape crews
Effectively communicate scheduling to customers and crews
Solve day to day operation issues to insure consistent effective production
Quality control is top priority
Must be able to work in the field with teammates to train proper techniques
Snow plow experience is a must

Experience:

5+ years hands on experience mowing, mulching and property management
3+ years managing landscape crews
Bilingual communication
