Employee Metrology / Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Location: StraubenhardtType(s) of employment: Full-timeWorking hours: Hours per week

Your tasks:

  • Ensuring internal/external quality requirements
  • Inspection/approval of components using metrology (3D CMM-HEXAGON/WERTH)
  • Programming for 3D coordinate measuring machines
  • In-process/departmental cross-checks and measurements
  • Planning and execution of initial sample inspections (processing, documentation, measurement, inspections)
  • Conducting requalification tests
  • Conducting capability analyses (MSA, MFU, SPC, PFU)
  • Supporting production employees/inspection personnel with inspection and measurement tasks

Your profile:

  • Technical vocational training with at least 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance
  • Completed training as a metrologist
  • Experience in creating measurement programs, ideally using PC-DM
