Overview:
Under the direction of the SVP of Player Development develops and maintains relationships with existing customers through personal contact to generate incremental gaming revenues.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships and markets for our gaming product and amenities to valued guests and develop new business relationships.
- Greet guests in the casino and participate in social events and special promotions.
- Evaluate player ratings to track visits, arrange accommodation and provide complementary according to established guidelines.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Provide special services to include food, beverage, transportation, crossproperty events, and Player's Club programs.
- Achieve predetermined targeted production quotas, profitability goals and other goals provided by management for room occupancy, entertainment events, special events and gaming revenue.
- Responsible for telemarketing to predetermined active and inactive customers to further develop brand loyalty and visitation and report the results of each.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of all electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment, and general property information.
- Safeguard the confidential nature of all departmental and company records.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College Degree preferred with an emphasis on Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
- Minimum ten (10) years Casino Marketing experience required.
- Advanced customer service and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and sales skills required.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and in at least one Asian language.
