Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Assist with project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and tracking progress
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, and filing.
  • Provide personal assistant support to executives, including managing calendars and making travel arrangements, ect
  • Handle order entry and process invoices
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Assist with office management duties, and organizing meetings or events
  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries or resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Previous administrative or office management experience is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
