Job Summary:
Duties:
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and tracking progress
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, and filing.
- Provide personal assistant support to executives, including managing calendars and making travel arrangements, ect
- Handle order entry and process invoices
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with office management duties, and organizing meetings or events
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries or resolving issues in a timely manner
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Previous administrative or office management experience is preferred
Job Types:
