Your tasks:

As Technical Support 2nd Level, you will assist our customers with your technical expertise. You support the 1st level support by conducting your own analyses of software behavior for in-depth inquiries. You also answer questions about our software and independently develop solutions for our customers' requests. In doing so, you help us uncover and eliminate systemic errors and create qualified analyses for our development team.


As part of your onboarding, your onboarding mentor will give you a comprehensive insight into the processes and procedures of our customers in the agency world.

You will be part of the Customer Experience team, working together to find solutions for customer inquiries. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best service and the best possible holistic support.


What you bring:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, training as an IT specialist for application development, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have a business mindset, have already gained experience with databases (MySQL) or programming languages (PHP), and are motivated to familiarize yourself with further business and technical topics.
  • You enjoy working in a young agency environment, are happy to be in contact with customers, and can explain complex processes in simple terms.
  • You are articulate and convince with your recipientoriented and friendly communication in German (at least C1).
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience.
