We are currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Employee (m/f/d) for our Lauenburg location.

Challenges for Team Players:

A company that values quality and sustainability needs the right employees to help us meet our high standards. As our new HR employee, you will ensure that these employees find their way to MEWA, participate in training programs, and feel well taken care of.
On one hand, you will always be there to support employees and managers with any concerns.
On the other hand, you will be responsible for creating contracts, additional agreements, and employment references, maintaining personnel files, and handling necessary certificates and general administrative tasks.
To ensure that all colleagues receive their wages and salaries on time, you will also contribute to payroll processing.
Lastly, you will be responsible for creating personnel statistics and evaluations and working on the annual financial statements.
