- Building and nurturing strong supplier relationships for a reliable supply of raw materials.
- Leading procurement activities and negotiating agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluating and onboarding new suppliers to enhance competitiveness.
- Implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing supply chain costs without compromising quality.
- Managing inventory levels and implementing demand forecasting techniques.
- Improving inventory efficiency and turnover rates through strategic initiatives.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Providing regular updates on supply chain performance to internal stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in senior supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong team relationships.
- Track record of driving process improvements and efficient solutions.
