*Nursing Educator (m/f/d)

*Your responsibilities will include:

You will lead courses in the generalist training for nursing professionals or in the training for nursing assistants
You see yourself as a mentor and advisor to the trainees, supporting and motivating them in acquiring competencies
You will be responsible for preparing, conducting, evaluating, and following up on exams and learning assessments
You will actively contribute to the development of curricular and pedagogical topics

*You bring these qualifications with you:

A completed bachelor's degree with a focus on education (e.g. nursing education, medical education, social pedagogy, vocational education, health education, educational sciences, etc.), preferably supplemented by a master's degree with a focus on nursing, nursing management, nursing sciences, etc., as well as a completed vocational training as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric
