    Summary

    The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for:

    • *Timely collection of accounts receivable.
    • *Overseeing resource allocation and project progress.
    • *Monitoring schedules and making necessary adjustments.
    • *Performing QA/QC before approving plans and reports.
    • *Supervising permitting and construction activities.
    • *Successfully delivering projects within budget and schedule.
    • *Handling proposal preparation, budgeting, and client invoicing.
    • *Building and maintaining client relationships.
    • *Participating in marketing and business development activities.

    Job Description:

    A Project Manager is a licensed Civil Engineer who reports to a Team Leader and is an experienced engineer knowledgeable in designing complex civil projects. Responsibilities include leading design teams, providing technical guidance to clients, and managing various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate should possess:

    • *Bachelor's degree in engineering.
    • *Minimum of eight years of experience.
    • *Professional license within the field.
    • *Strong expertise in team leadership, technical project knowledge, planning, and business development.
    • *Ability to generate annual billings of at least $600k.
    • *Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Water CAD, and GIS.
    • *Comprehensive understanding of civil engineering concepts.
    • *Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • *Proficiency in local codes and design requirements.
    • *Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
    • *Dedication to contributing to the employee-owned culture.
