Warehouse Associate

Reports To:
Brewery Operations Manager


Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for delivering kegs to select local MA accounts with a box truck
  • Coordinate with the Brewing/Packaging to ensure raw materials are organized and stored properly
  • Maintain constant and thorough communication and knowledge sharing with team members to ensure consistent flow of operations
  • Assist with maintaining an organized can, keg, and inbound dock storage area
  • Assist Brew Team with pulling/staging raw materials for production
  • Assist with coverage on the outbound dock as needed
  • Follow safety and training protocols/procedures as required.
  • Assist the Operations Manager/Sales Team with all UPS, FedEx, etc shipments/pickups as requested
  • Prepare dunnage material for pickup for can suppliers
  • Assist with forklift management including regular watering
  • Suggest Process improvements
  • Assist with variety packing as needed
  • Additional task as they arise

Job Requirements:


  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with all required ERP usage.
  • Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day.
  • Ability to bend, move, twist, and reach with arms, legs, & torso.
  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a nontemperature controlled/refrigerated environment.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a high pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Previous warehouse and forklift experience is a plus.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission box truck a plus
  • Multilingual (English, Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of the craft beer industry and appreciation of the culture that goes with it.
  • Strong communication skills, both with management and fellow associates.
