Responsibilities
Recruiting

Conduct interviews and evaluations
Develop a close working relation with our staffing and client services teams in order to hire the right people

Onboarding

Assist with new employee orientation
Help to create and maintain personnel records

Preferences & Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred minimum of three years working with a licensed home care services agency (LHCSA) in New York, though not required
General experience in home care or a related field is a plus
Strong interpersonal abilities
Ability to work efficiently with computerized systems and tasks

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
