Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle various tasks with professionalism and empathy. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing childcare, behavior management, senior care, and other related duties.


Responsibilities:

• Provide childcare services, including supervising and engaging children in ageappropriate activities
• Assist with behavior management techniques for individuals with special needs, such as working with people with autism
• Provide senior care, including assistance with daily activities and companionship
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Assist with home care tasks, such as light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive information
• Provide support for individuals receiving hospice care
• Perform heavy lifting as needed for client assistance

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, behavior management, senior care, or related fields is preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of nursing home procedures and protocols is a plus
• Ability to work with individuals with special needs, including autism spectrum disorders
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
