This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

How does a Commercial Agribusiness Underwriting Trainer
make an impact?

Coordinates and conducts product and systems training programs for financial representatives, home office, and field employees.
Develops and maintains training materials, manuals, job aids and videos.
Serves on project teams and committees involving changes to products and/or systems. Trains and communicates changes to appropriate personnel. Develops additional underwriting training and employee development programs for Commercial/Agribusiness underwriters focusing on the justification of underwriting, rating rules, and procedures. Creates training that aids in retention, loss ratios, and achieving profitable growth using market intelligence.
Maintains detailed knowledge and provides technical advice and guidance to staff regarding the Commercial/Agribusiness lines of business and underwriting philosophy. Leads assigned projects to successful implementation.

Proven communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with various areas in a team environment.
Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
