- Create highquality, engaging content tailored to our target audience.
- Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with followers by actively engaging with their comments, questions, and messages.
- Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the success of our campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
