Your contribution:

Contact person for our international customers for all topics from quotation requests to invoicing
Processing of tenders in cooperation with the relevant departments
Creation of shipping and customs documents
Handling of documentary credits
Processing of complaints and returns
Recording and maintenance of relevant master data
Coordination and cooperation with colleagues in the field sales team

What you bring with you:

Completed commercial training (industrial, wholesale and foreign trade clerk) with relevant professional experience in international customer service
Experience in customs and export control
Interest in complex products
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written, additional foreign language skills are advantageous
Knowledge of MS Office and user knowledge of an ERP system
