Description

To strengthen our IT department, we are currently looking for a SAP Support Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at Beverly Beach.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily SAP operations and third-party system interfaces with a focus on the sales department
  • Providing support to users for SAP ERP (1st and 2nd level) and SAP Business Warehouse (BW, 1st level)
  • Monitoring SAP systems ERP and BW through daily functional checks and analyzing error messages
  • Maintaining master data in SAP ERP and assisting with master data optimization
  • Managing interfaces between SAP and other software, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues
  • Communicating with the service provider for the SAP server to coordinate downtime, organize system changes, and create system copies
  • Independently carrying out SAP projects in the sales department and CRM projects in sales and marketing

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree in (business) informatics, or a relevant completed education with additional training in the SAP environment
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position and in IT project work
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP modules SD and MM
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
