- 8+ years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, Business or related field
- Strong Conflict Resolution capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Sales, Event focused.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner with a sense of urgency.
- Works well independently and within a group to problem-solve issues.
- Completes projects on time and within budget.
- Understands basic financial reporting- sales and revenue reports, income statements, and balance sheets.

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, service-oriented individual with a strong focus on retail sales to fill the General Manager role. The General Manager will be responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating operations for the market.
