V. is part of the national relief society and a recognized umbrella organization for social welfare.

For our subsidiary, DRK-Pflegedienste in Witten gGmbH, we are looking for a

Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d)

with a minimum workload of 20 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.

The ambulatory nursing services of the German Red Cross ensure that individual support and assistance can take place at home in a familiar environment.

The task of our nursing staff is to maintain the independence of our care recipients for as long as possible, despite their age, illness or disability.

Your responsibilities:

Establishment and management of a day care center with 17 places
Responsibility for the professional, organizational, personnel and economic aspects of the day care center
Ensuring high quality of care and quality of life in compliance with legal requirements
Management of the computerassisted nursing process and corresponding documentation (SGBXI, SGBV), experience with Euregon Snap is desirable
Ensuring efficient management of operations, including efficient personnel planning
Active acquisition of guests
Active promotion of quality management, introduction and further development of nursing concepts and standards
Patientrelated tasks:
Admission of guests, daily structure, nursing visits
Comprehensive advice for our guests and their relatives in the field of nursing and assessment of care needs
