Your role:

You can expect a diverse and responsible area of work with all the facets that a global freight and logistics service provider has to offer.

As a member of our finance team, you will support us in exciting topics and national and international tax projects.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Support in the implementation of einvoicing in the area of valueadded tax
  • Support in the implementation of a TCMS and compliance with any reporting obligations according to DAC
  • Calculation of current and deferred tax positions according to IFRS and HGB for a part of the German K+N companies
  • Independent preparation and review of tax returns and assessments for a part of our internal German K+N companies
  • Participation in handling income and valueadded taxrelated questions in daytoday business
  • Responding to tax audit inquiries
  • Involvement and tax support in restructuring & M&A projects
  • Review of valueadded tax prepayments in coordination with summary reports
  • Collaboration in the area of transfer pricing, such as the preparation and management of crossborder contracts and application of the Foreign Transactions Tax Act within the group
  • Preparation of capital gains tax returns and returns according to 50a EStG
