    EquipmentShare is searching for an experienced Territory Account Manager - Tooling Solutions to support the Tooling Solutions business in Huntsville, AL
    EquipmentShare is dedicated to creating a connected jobsite for the modern contractor. We deliver user-friendly technology solutions that help contractors maximize their equipment uptime, reduce risk exposure and increase productivity.

    EquipmentShare's product offerings include an improved equipment rental experience, fleet tracking and asset management software, hardware security solutions and predictive service and maintenance applications.

    EquipmentShare is the fastest-growing, independently owned construction equipment rental company in the country. Our branch locations are equipped with a broad range of construction equipment, ranging from 150-foot telescopic booms to 120,000-lb. EquipmentShare's rapid growth goes beyond meeting a demand for equipment rentals in booming new markets.

    Instead, our mission begins with our rental product, and it's a testimony to our ability to improve industry standards and better serve the customer.

    We're seeking a Territory Account Manager - Tooling Solutions who loves a challenge and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced company.

    Industry competitors often have layers of tenured management that create barriers to career advancement. Produce revenue inside facilities by signing contracts or acquiring an MSA
    Generate revenue by renting direct to non-contract facilities
    Work with local industrial reps in multiple markets
    Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tell them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently.

    Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare.

    Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
    Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
    Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.
    5 years experience in Industrial facilities
    Industrial contract knowledge
    Knowledge in general rental, pump and power and industrial tooling
    You can adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
    May be subjected to extreme outside temperatures while helping customers with equipment.
    Must be able to travel frequently
