Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Farm Hand.

As a Farm Hand, you will perform various tasks related to farm operations, including heavy lifting, equipment operation, animal handling, and general farm maintenance.

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.


Duties:

• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Animal handling and care, including feeding, grooming, and basic medical treatments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities and equipment
• Assist with planting, growing, and harvesting crops
• Perform basic math calculations for measuring feed quantities and mixing ratios
• Assist with equipment repair and maintenance as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
• Knowledge of animal handling techniques, particularly with equine species
• Basic understanding of equipment repair and maintenance
• Familiarity with animal husbandry practices
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
