Management of all assigned brands within the oncology department.
Collaboration with other departments to create coordinated strategic plans.
Ensuring optimal dissemination of clinical evidence by oncology staff during pre and postlaunch phases, taking into account local health authority guidelines.

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Insights:

Summarizing insights from KOLs and key customers.
Using these insights to shape product strategies and relationships for the medical department and Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Scientific Communication:

Promoting appropriate scientific communication within the assigned oncology department.

Operational Responsibility:

Monitoring the annual medical tactical planning process within the oncology department, including budget planning and execution.
Managing performance, talent development, and promoting a cooperative work culture.

Clinical Study Monitoring:

Planning, conducting, and monitoring clinical studies from phase II to postmarket.
