Responsibilities:
Project Planning

  • Creating and collaborating on specifications and requirements
  • Reviewing current market demands and leadingedge technologies (benchmarking)
  • Creating project budgets and timelines according to PLM processes
Project Management

  • Leading and moderating project meetings
  • Conducting milestone planning, scheduling, and interface clarification (internal/external)
  • Identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective measures
  • Managing the project team
  • Defining and coordinating project tasks
  • Assigning employees, reviewing and discussing work results
  • Supporting employees in improving work processes
Project Controlling

  • Calculating and tracking material and development costs
  • Monitoring performance and deadlines
  • Recording project progress and monitoring deviations, if necessary making decisions for corrective action
  • Ensuring compliance with economic goals and technical requirements
  • Creating management reports

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in energy technology, renewable energy, solar technology (photovoltaics), or similar
  • Expertise in electrical engineering/e
