In the pastoral area of Aurach-Seebachgrund, a total of twelve childcare facilities of the Catholic Church foundations St. Magdalena, St. Otto, and St. Josef in Herzogenaurach, as well as the Catholic Church foundation St. Josef in Weisendorf and Geburt Mariens in Hannberg, are managed and administered by the daycare administration. Approximately 210 employees in the pedagogical and technical-household areas care for, support, and challenge around 1200 children.

For our Catholic daycare center St.

Otto, in the kindergarten department, we are currently looking for a Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d)/Heilpädagogen (m/w/d) with a minimum workload of 15 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.


Your main tasks:


  • Identification of existing resources and abilities of the children
  • Development of individual support plans
  • Participation in planning, preparation, implementation, and followup of pedagogical work
  • Support in observations and documentation of child development
  • Collaboration in building and shaping the partnership with parents
  • Assistance in planning and implementing events for parents and/or children
  • Comparison of weekly booking times of children with actual attendance
  • Informing the management about incidents involving children and parents
  • Assumption of nursing tasks

You bring with you:


  • Completed training with state recognition or a comparable, already recognized qualification according to the professional list of the Bavarian
