Better Business Bureau serving the Pacific SW is expanding As our area of coverage expands, so does our need for qualified Business Relations Representatives.

This is an inside phone position, dealing with business owners in regard to BBB accreditation.

Responsibilities:

Utilize all tools provided and follow a scripted presentation
Paid training and mentoring support.

Qualifications:

Ability to build rapport with clients and
"hunter" mentality.
Passion for talking to people on the phones in a professional manner.
Computer skills and familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is a plus.
Spanish Language skills are a plus.
Reliable and strong work ethic.
Great energy and a great attitude.

Pay:
$34, $120,000.00 per year
