_Make an Impact_ The Practice Manager 1 is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of multispecialty practices in order to ensure a positive patient experience. You will assists in strategic initiatives to develop practice to fullest potential and perform as problem solver to Practice Medical Director, physicians, Practice Administrator, patients and staff. You will oversees established financial processes and ensures staff executes daily business office functions and procedures. This role also is responsible for monitoring business activity to ensure established revenue and expense targets are achieved.

Practice Manager 1
Shift:
Full Time, Day Shift Mon-Fri 8A-5P
Experience:
- Medical practice management experience acquired through a minimum of 2 years of previous management experience or minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience with full knowledge of all front office procedures or other related experience.
- Excellent knowledge of 3rd party insurance plans, (PPO's, HMO's, and Fee-for-Service) and the managed care environment.
- Strong project management skills preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint preferred.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS preferred.
