Job Description:
As a sports specialist, you will develop concepts for sports programs, plan events, organize training sessions, and lead them.

During your work, you will be in close contact with our customers and provide holistic advice on nutrition, fitness, and prevention.

Duration and Process:
The apprenticeship lasts for three years. During this time, you will alternate between practical and theoretical training. During your practical training, you will work and be trained in a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Halle (Maya mare GmbH and Co. KG). The theoretical training takes place in a corresponding vocational school.

Apprenticeship Salary:
The amount of the apprenticeship salary is determined by an in-house collective agreement (called a service contract). The apprenticeship salary is specified in this contract.

Career Advancement Opportunities:

During your apprenticeship as a sports specialist, you can obtain certified trainer licenses in various areas or further qualify as a sports manager (m/f/d) after completing your apprenticeship.
