Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Certified Home Health Aide.

As a CHHA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with mobility and transfers
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
Monitor and report changes in the client's health status
Follow care plans and maintain accurate medical records
Provide catheter care if required
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

Experience in home care or a related field is preferred

Must be a qualified CHHA in the State of New Jersey:

Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
Familiarity with Homecare procedures and protocols
Ability to cook nutritious meals for clients
Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
Willingness to undergo background checks and screenings
