Description
PurposeThe Contract Specialist will provide mid-level contract assistance to the Clinisys Contract Management team, collaborating with internal Clinisys stakeholders to support the contracting process.
Review and assess customer terms to ensure alignment with Clinisys legal, commercial, and operational terms.
Review and assess vendor terms.
Assist in the review of RFP/RFQ solicitations and accompanying documentation.
Utilize Clinisys NetSuite CRM tool to document non-standard terms, risk profiles and track requests as assigned.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills needed to be successfulStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex information to multiple Clinisys stakeholders and Clinisys customers.
Possess a strong business acumen and the ability to work independently.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skillsEmploy good judgment, act with integrity, take ownership and maintain accountability.
Ability to prioritize and execute on deadlines while handling multiple concurrent tasks or assignments simultaneously.
Ability to be flexible, resourceful and have a team mentality.
Willingness to learn technical concepts.
Required Experience & EducationBachelors degree in business, law, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a Contract Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of contract documents, legal terminology, and the contracting lifecycle.
