Essential Functions:


  • Answers incoming service calls to address customer needs.
  • Sets service appointments with our customers.
  • Responds to customer queries from internet leads.
  • Alerts customers when we receive vehicle alerts regarding oil life, tire rotations, recalls, etc.
  • Makes qualitycheck customer satisfaction calls to all service visits.

Position Type and Hours:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary depending on business needs and may include nights or weekend rotations. Hours will average 40 hours per week.
