What inspires you:

Independent supervision of the onsite implementation in accordance with plans and regulations
Coordination of executing companies while meeting deadlines, costs, and quality standards
Checking invoices, additional agreements
Identifying and resolving defects until final acceptance
Supporting our planners during the planning phase (review) and in creating performance specifications
Participating in the procurement process

What inspires us:

Statecertified technician or master with a specialization in building services or a degree in building services / technical building equipment
Several years of professional experience in project management and object supervision
Relevant knowledge of construction and contract law
