The Student Services Bremen is the social service provider for 30,000 students in the state of Bremen, with 308 employees.

Your tasks:

Management and leadership of 3 employees,

- ongoing evaluation of properties and derivation of measures, including major renovations,
- responsible management of processes and project organization for new construction, expansions, modernizations, and renovation measures,
- assuming the role of client,
- preparation and execution of tenders,
- preparation of funding applications and management of usage reports,
- further development of internal project management.

Your profile:

University degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in civil engineering or a similar suitable degree,

- several years of professional experience in coordinating construction and technology projects or building management,
- relevant knowledge of construction and procurement law,
- strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and social competence,
- structured, independent, and responsible work style,
- driver's license class B.
