We are looking for:
Head of Maintenance (m/f/d)

Type of contract:
Permanent - To be filled from: - Working hours: 40 hours - Location: Neuensalz - Job ID: WHAT YOU WILL DO disciplinary and technical leadership of a team of approximately 10 employees Ensuring operational safety and availability of machinery and production facilities to avoid unplanned machine downtime and production losses Development, implementation and continuous improvement of the maintenance strategy Creation and development of maintenance plans including ensuring their implementation Planning and implementation of measures to maintain the buildings and infrastructure of the plant Further development and qualification of the team Implementation of projects and measures to increase the efficiency of the systems WHAT YOU BRING completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering) or an electrical vocational training with additional qualification as a master or technician several years of professional experience in the field of maintenance in a production company experience in leading employees and a high level of social competence advanced knowledge of common MS Office applications and ideally SAP proactivity, coordination skills and assertiveness as well as independent and systematic working methods WHAT WE OFFER a responsible and varied area of responsibility in a growing company the
