    Job Title: Financial Analyst at DT Professional Services


    Job Description:

    Are you a Financial Analyst with experience in Federal Contracts? DT Professional Services is searching for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring project progress, collaborating with Project Managers and stakeholders, and ensuring accurate financial documentation.

    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial tracking for government contracts, and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.


    Responsibilities:
    • Support Federal programs and special projects with financial and administrative assistance
    • Develop financial data and metrics for programs including budgets and forecasting
    • Provide oversight on financial tracking and program efficiency
    • Act as an advisor to senior leadership on program financial matters
    • Administer subcontract funding and prepare financial deliverables
    • Work with project managers to track cost, schedule, and scope
    • Analyze data to identify risks and recommend corrective actions
    • Prepare invoices and maintain billing schedules

    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
    • 3+ years' experience as a Financial Analyst in government service contracts
    • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition policies
    • Knowledge of cost performance reporting on government contracts
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
    • Experience with Deltek, WAWF, and Government Accounting terminology
    • Compensation range for this position: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
