Description

Chromalox started with an innovative solution 100 years ago when a self-taught engineer invented the first metal-sheathed resistance heating element.

It was this then-advanced thermal technology that launched an entire industry.

That pioneering, innovative spirit continues today. Built on opportunity and innovation, Chromalox has grown to serve more global markets and industries. We excel in industries that have high expectations. We are acknowledged as experts at delivering solutions that exceed specifications, limit risk, and reduce operating costs.

The Role:

Reporting to our Manager, Talent & Inclusion Programs, you will partner with the broader HR team teams in Pittsburgh, PA, La Vergne, TN, and Ogden, UT, on salaried positions for the respective locations.

As a critical member of our Recruitment team, you will own the corporate talent pool and processes by recruiting for positions within all levels of the business; this will require an uncompromising approach to hiring talent that aligns with our excellence standards and core values.

Additionally, you will partner with the Manager of Talent & Inclusion Programs to build and own our College Recruitment efforts while partnering with the local HR teams in our business locations to create a standardized process and workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire recruiting process, from creation of job description to offer letter extension and negotiations.
  • Build multiple channels to identify top talent, in addition to the effective use of social networking and academic research tools, as well as traditional sourcing techniques (e.g., company website, social media, job boards, career fairs, university relations and employee referrals)
  • Coordinate all offer details and approvals with Senior Leadership.
  • Own our College Recruitment partnerships and efforts, both locally and nationally.
  • Partner with the Manager, Talent & Inclusion Programs to support and help build the employer branding to enhance the brand awareness of Chromalox in target talent markets.
  • Partner with the Manager, Talent & Inclusion Programs to implement best practices and workflows with inclusive hiring best practices.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements in all aspects of talent acquisition.
Required Experience

  • At least 4+ years of experience with an entire life cycle recruitment process in a fastpaced environment; having experience recruiting in technology or manufacturing is a plus, not required.
  • Proven working experience partnering and coaching hiring manager and interview teams, guiding them through the recruitment process, acting as a player/coach to our business partners.
  • Experience successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent.
  • Capability to travel within the United States for networking events.
