- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, educators, and other therapists.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding communication strategies and therapeutic exercises.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as per ASHA guidelines.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
