Qualifications of a Covey Caregiver:
18 years of age or older.
Measures the success in your day by the number of smiles you make happen.
Does the RIGHT thing even when it's the hard thing to do.
Understands the importance of treating everyone with respect – participants, co-workers, community members – EVERYONE
Has a deep desire to have coworkers who share your passion of helping others.
Comfortable helping with personal care (bathing, toileting, eating, etc.)
