Description

Prestige Ameritech is a fast growing, well established privately held medical device company. We are located in North Richland Hills Texas.

This position will report directly to the President and has responsibility for all accounting and financial activities of our company.

This is a hands-on position and we do not have a large accounting department. We currently use Quickbooks Enterprise.


Responsibilities include:
All accounting and finance activities

Set up and maintain effective accounting systems and controls

Journal entries

Budgeting

Investments

ACA reporting

Manufacturing cost accounting

Oversee all financial activities including;
Payroll

AR/AP

Payroll taxes

Reconciling bank statements

Child support payments

W2 activities

Sales tax


Requirements:
Bachelors degree in accounting

8 years experience in accounting

Quickbooks Enterprise Knowledge
