Duties:


  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance their efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate sales records and track customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales materials and promotional strategies.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new leads and opportunities for growth.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a sales support role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Knowledge of outside sales processes and market trends is beneficial.
