Job Overview:
Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance their efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate sales records and track customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales materials and promotional strategies.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new leads and opportunities for growth.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales support role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of outside sales processes and market trends is beneficial.
