- Hybrid in Richmond, VA.**Our financial services client is looking for a Lead Project Manager to join their team.
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and success criteria
- Develop a strategy to achieve the program goals and execute project deliverables in a defined framework
- Drive meetings to help crossfunctional teams plan, coordinate, and execute tasks
- Coordinate within and across the Retail Bank organization to align efforts to desired program outcomes
- Identify solutions for delivering on program objectives while identifying and mitigating obstacles blocking program success
- Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout the life cycle
- Surface databacked insights to program leadership and stakeholders to drive decisionmaking and facilitate tradeoff discussions
- Report and communicate between the working team and senior leadership on program status
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience with Zoom and Google Workplace products, to include: Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Drive
- Solid history of working with crossfunctional teams (Product, Tech, Analyst) to take projects from inception to launch
- Strong understanding of traditional project management principles and methodologies
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand program strategy, technical details, and summarize to help leaders drive action

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate.
The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
