Description

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies

• Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
• Operate cash register and handle customer payments
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards during food preparation
• Assist with food preparation as needed

• Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Familiarity with operating a cash register and POS system is a plus
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
