Serve as a role model and mentor to our Internal medicine residents, assist with administrative duties, including resident recruitment, clinical competency committee, and program evaluation committee.
Take initiatives in quality improvement projects and other research and scholarly activities. Teaching and administrative experience is highly desired.Must be board-certified in Internal Medicine
