    Position Title: School Psychologist
    Location: Aurora, IL
    Employment Type: Full-time 37.5hrs/wk, full school year
    Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

    We are currently interviewing for an Onsite School Psychologist for the upcoming school year. The successful candidate will provide a range of psychological services to students.

    Details

    • Onsite Only
    • Caseload: Elementary School

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations:
    • Provide individual and group counseling to students.
    • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention strategies.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and needs.
    • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
    • Conduct staff training on mental health, behavior management, and effective teaching strategies.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential student records.

    Requirements

    • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
    • State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Illinois.
    • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in educational settings.
