- Visual and Written Content Creation: Contribute ideas and gather background information for content planning. Create visual and written content aligned with MSF brand guidelines. Execute copywriting in line with organizational brand and values.
- Marketing Campaigns Planning and Execution: Aid in planning and executing direct marketing, email, and SMS campaigns.
- Material Development, Reporting, and Analysis: Assist in event planning/execution, including promotional materials/giveaways program. Maintain marketing calendar and action plans. Provide support on communication and marketing projects.
- Social Media Development and Management: Ensure consistent presence on social media in line with brand strategy and marketing plan. Implement MSF's social media editorial calendar.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing and communications experience involving content development.
- Experience in writing content for both external and internal marketing purposes.

About the Position:

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to bolster our Marketing and Communication team. Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Salary at Grade 2E starts at $61,300-$76,600 annually. This is an exempt role.
