    Project Sales Rep Salary:
    $ 82,500.00We have partnered with a large HVAC company in the Colorado Springs, CO area to provide them with a Project Sales Rep. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

    Prioritized Must Have Skills of the

    Project Sales Rep:
    #1. Must have 5-7 years of Sales experience#2. Must have 5-7 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems#3. Must have Knowledge of building codes and standards#4. No more than 4 jobs in the last 10 years.

    Responsibilities of the

    Project Sales Rep:
    Able to plan and effectively schedule appointments and manage personal time to assure productivityEffectively conducts sales presentations to influence customers to buy and can identify opportunities within existing customer basesConsistently generates sales revenue through a proven track recordUnderstands the prospects organization and decision making process and can commit the prospect to a decision making timetableAnswers questions and objections in a proficient and responsible mannerIdentifies customer needs and can effectively address customer concernsPresents effective product demonstrationHandles objections effectivelyCan verbalize a conceptual sale and return on investment to customerUnderstands Company credit policySurveys and has a good understanding of commercial HVAC mechanical systems and provides customer with solutions; recognizes project opportunitiesWorks closely with the Operations Department and can communicate what the customer needs to both the customer and OperationsUses vertical market strategies and understands market forces to find opportunities within existing customer baseUses the value proposition statement to gain customer interestInterprets job conditions and can determine and recommend maintenance requirementsAble to coordinate project work with multiple subcontractors and equipment representativesRequirements of the

    Project Sales Rep:
    Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field5-7 years of Sales experience5-7 years of experience with commercial HVAC systemsMechanical aptitudeKnowledge of building codes and standardsMust possess a valid drivers license

    Other Key Requirements:
    In Office and on the road roleNo sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to
