    • Assisting with ADLs and routine care
    • Conducting resident treatments
    • Administering medication as per orders
    • Documenting information accurately
    • Observing resident health status
    • Providing basic care and wound management
    • Monitoring vital signs and fluid intake
    • Reporting incidents and accidents
    • Assisting in the admissions process
